New chat room

OK so a lot of concerns about the current chat room. Everyone was getting bumped so I changed the servers. You have to sign in using the SAFE MODE if you want to use the chat.

It is mucho faster.........

I don't know when you put it up but I know for sure the last 2 days I"ve been having problems of sending multiple messages within a few seconds of each other. usually the second message doesn't get sent.

Works fine in safe mode.

Not much for chat rooms, but it's a nice feature to have available.
