Need some more help!!

I am trying to program my power commander to the D@D Map but my computer is saying that no power commander is found. I have all the maps downloaded and all the software i need.
Any ideas

Is the PC on the bike, do you have the 9volt battery plugged in?

Make sure you have power to the unit, via bike being on or 9V battery adapter...

+1,also make sure your usb cable software is loaded into your computer as well or it may not be able to communicate back and forth

Same thing happend to me. I thought if the key was on it was getting power. I think the engine has to be running. No matter, i just used the 9 volt battery cable and viola` communication!
