I have an undertail with an integrator. This means I have a lot of crimp type connectors in the trunk compartment. That area gets a lot of vibration, especially with my very stiff suspension, and the wires keep breaking at the point where they are crimped. The vibration is causing the wires to move, causing the metal to become brittle and break.

Any sugestions??

I already need a stock brake light holder because the power wire for the brake light has broken off at the point it connects to the housing. Maybe soldering will work. But I think that will only be a temporary solution with all the vibration...

Thanks in advance

Solder then shrink wrap the wire and connection. Thats allways what I do when I'm working with a connector that is going to take alot of vibration.

I would say solder, shrink wrap, zip tie, and liquid tape.

Works like a charm on pops harley, and that thing is the king of rattle
