need power commander3 help

ok so ive got an 02 and and hmf dual highmount and a pc3 and well assume the motor is stock so what map should i run given that i havent dyno tuned yet? also im running the akro map now and i really didnt notice any difference if i unplug the pc. the exhaust made a bit of a difference but im not sure if its just because its louder. so any info for my setup or any help with the map i should use would be great. like i said in my other post im going to the track on thurs so i want to have it as right as i can. thanks Tim

also what kind of hp increase should just the hmf exhaust give me and what kind of difference should i get with the power commander? it fast as hell but im looking for #'s to throw at my honda bros

Does johnny dable in any PC II issues? I have a 2001 stock with the exhaust mod where can i get maps for it
