Need Help Repinning Wiring Connectors

What's the best tool to use for removing and install male and female pins in plastic connector?

I find that a small awl or scribe can be great if you are careful... if you have access to aviation tools, a pin removal/insertion tool can work great for inserting into the connector...

Wire terminal release tool kits, from your local auto shop or you can buy them from Amazon.

We use these at work. I think the green one is what you need for the ecu wires

I've bought my tools and connectors from these guys.
