need help removing throttle control

Hi everyone, I'm trying to replace my factory switch cover with chrome ones. I have the left side done but cannot remove the throttle control wires. if someone could help that would be great. I posted some pics just in case I called it by the wrong name. Thanks!

I guess i'm asking how do you loose the wire?

Some people loosen the cables at the throttle bodies, but you don't have to.
