I have a 2007 Hayabusa 1st Gen when i take off in 1st gear she starts to jump when i give it throttle also does it in second gear but not as bad as first gear. I have had the shifter plate, shifter pin, clutch, spark plugs and water pump done and she continues to do the same thing. Now i do know the bike once had a power commander but no longer does. So now I'm thinking the bike needs to be remapped or it's transmission gears. If anyone you have ever had this issue and point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

I'm having a similar issue, may be some useful info the in thread I made.

First gear issues | Busa problems
The back torque limiter" or "Cam Set Clutch". Is made up of 2 parts. It's job is to stop or reduce your back tire from locking up when you down shift by slightly releasing the clutch. But it will also give you the skipping or jumping mentioned when under hard acceleration. Several ways to take care of it. The parts can be welded together. Or replaced with a one piece unit. The Brock's Clutch Mod is a good one piece replacement part.
