Need help from UK busa rider!

This is the address where I supposed to send the money order or western union to buy a busa part from this guy (Ruth Godwin).
He is not a registered member here.
Anyone can confirm that this is legit?

well it comes up in google search and post code checks out

but i dont touch western union etc(only safe money transfers like paypal credit card)

theres also several business listed at this address if you fill in address in royal mail search for post code site ?

They seem to take Paypal so that could be a valid reason for the adress

It seems that the address is legit but they guy won't take paypal. Only money order and western union which I don't feel safe doing it that way. I would rather use paypal.

Sounds dodgy to me, I only ever use PayPal, more chance of getting your money back from a scammer.
