We are kneedeep in nastiness right now. There was a board member who was apparantly sending out kiddie porn.
There are people who are starting threads bashing other members saying they are scammers when they are not.
Some members are trying to prove their point about about different things and are just attempting to start grief.
Vabusa is a very nice person who is catching flack for things she hasn't done.
The list goes on and on.
I was wondering if it would be possible for all the good folk to cut us a little bit of slack. We are trying our best here,but we have a couple of not very nice people that are taking up alot of the Mods time.
We understand that eveyone has an opinion, but we need to comprehend the fact that we can't please all the people all the time. What one person thinks is a nasty picture,someone else thinks is fine. So, someone has to make a decision, and that someone is one of YOUR moderators. It's a judgement call which has to err om the side of protecting the moral majority.
It also need to be understood that we are in most cases just damage control. We get pm's and emails all day about problems that people encounter. They report those problems to us. Sometimes there is time to pick thru a topic that contains a hundred posts, and sometimes there isn't.
Threads get deleted by us,but everyone should realize that it was a member who posted in that topic that has got folks upset, we just come in to clean up the mess. Its hard to reason out why people choose to post up pictures that somebody will find offensive, I mean seriously, what is the point? If you have a picture of a half naked person and like it,thats fine,thats freedom of choice,and everyone is for that.The problem arises when people feel the need to post it here. It just can't happen. Why? Because the good of the WHOLE board is always the defining factor. We also need to realize that althou some feel this is "The Internet" it's not really. This is a web site with an owner/operator who can have whatever rules he wishes. i feel he does an awesome job of allowing freedoms without the unessecary harshness that can come with that freedom.
So, please,if you could,help us out. No more jabs,no more questionable matterial.Use your common sense. If you feel that what you're typing or uploading is questionable, then please do us all a favour and just not post it.
I never really understood what Michelle,BT,Rev,Ninja,Zukracer,Jester,the Cap and the other boys were really up against. I thought this would be a joke,that it would be non stop fun. Guess again. Today I was told to get off my lazy unemployed azz and delete someones garbage. They dont know me,or why I'm here moderating,but to them it seemed like the right thing to say.(Their opinion).

There's a bigger picture here folks. If we could all calm down a bit and work towards a common goal,I know everybody will be much better off. Realize that a mod gets frustrated too. I'm going to just start deleting questionable topics faster.There are just too many that have some sort of hidden or in yer face slimey agenda. I'll try harder,the other mods don't really need too. Maybe try being good to one another as opposed to trying to figure ways to stick it to one another.
So, THANK YOU for helping us out.
