Need an undertail for gsxr 1000.  Ideas?

I have a mototeck undertail on my busa. I'd really like to do something to my gsxr 1000. Its an 01 and that big old red tail lens makes the bike look like it was made in 1984, compared to the LED tail sections that came out in 04.

Does anyone know how much I would have to cut/chop/fabricate to make an 04+ rear end work on the bike?

How about where to find cheap oem plastics.
