Need a little advice

I apologize in advance if these have already been covered, but I couldn't find them.

FUEL FILTER Have a 2000 with fuel pump under right side of tank. (I believe starting with '01, fuel pump is in the tank?) Nothing is wrong, but I'm wondering if I should go in there and inspect/clean/replace either mesh screen or filter or both before something gets clogged up? Owner's manual maintenance schedule doesn't even address this.

HORN All of a sudden it quit. There doesn't seem to be any power getting to the horn. I tested right at the horn and no juice when pressing the button. I suspect problem is at the contact. Anybody ever experience this/know what I should do?

Well I called a reputable dealer regarding the fuel filter and spoke to the service manager. Said not to worry about it. They don't as it's not a maintenance item from the factory and it's not on the maintenance schedule.

So I'm not going to worry about it.

Thanks for the pic. Did you replace it or just clean up the original?
