My Very Slow Build

Hi. The switch is an MPS Racing momentary. You can get them from Frank at Powerhouse. He has many parts for sale that are NOT on his site he can get you anything you may need. He great to order from.
Hi C10. You do great too. I do not use Ti side stand bolts. I remove the stand when I race. I am not sure if Frank is a Pro Bolt USA dealer. So you are in Houston for all of my performance coatings I have them done at IA Coatings in Houston. 832-463 9400. They help me out a lot. They even came to the shop I work for Windmill Cycles to meet with me and to see the LSR bike I am buiiding. That made me feel special, we had to open the overhead door .so my head could fit through.

Hi all. Well no more sad stuff. I have ordered my new block stock bore, Frank helped with that, he made me see the light, I also ordered from Powerhouse the steel throttle blades and the billet throttle clamp. He said I will not need the 100 shot of NOS but I do love over kill.

HI. Some new photos. Girl friend with blue hair, me on a 1000HP HD and my grand daughter.

Time for a update Mike ;)
Hi. I am still waiting for the cams from Web to come in so we install the ceramic bearings on them and put the head together. Next will be the crank rods pistons. Today working on the cases looking to find places to save some weight. I will use aluminum bolts to hold all the covers on. Also on in side of the cases like oil passages the allen plugs and the bottom oil squiters. I have ARP studs for head and crank. All the bolts that hold the cases will be as light as they can be. I wish I could get the other covers made in carbon fiber or magnesium. How I an off to go for a ride on the HD I just wish it was not so easy to drag hard parts on it.

Hi. I ordered the Nitrous kit, the HD output shaft, HD dent spring, billet shift shafts. and the billet 2nd gear. I also have the Robetson output shaft support kit with the special light weight nuts and the Ti shift rod.
HI. As you all know I want to go as light as I can and keep it street legal. So I am looking in to light weight turbo exhaust manifolds and pipes. Titanium grade 2 temp max 450C weight 1.28 kg Ti alloy temp 800C weight .96 kg stainless steel temp 950C weight 2.26kg Inconel grade 625 temp 1100C weight 1.0. They make Incomel grade 718 I do not have the spec on that grade but I know it is used in F1 cars. I hope Rob at Boosted sees this. You can see why my bike is so much $ and so slow to build. The Inconel I think is a.$1,000.00 just for the stock to make the manifold.
