This is my new truck i got 2 weeks ago, i was in the market for a daily driver pickup and wanted something fairly new(built within the last 10yrs). Looking for a truck with some character and decent gas mileage is alot harder than it sounds. I found it in Tyson's corner, Va at Koons Chevrolet.
It's a LA West conversion p/u that was commissioned by GM called the RS-R. Custom Katskins seats with the RSR logo embroidered on the headrests. Full SLP treatment with ceramic coated headers with full stainless exhaust, roller rockers, coldair intake with a freshair box and a Diablo programmable ECM tuner.
I saw the frontend with the cowl hood and bumper and had to get it. I want to thank Susan, my soon to be wife, for making this a reality for me(it's ours, 50/50). Thanks babe.
It'll be towing Ben and i to the Bash.

You have got to let me sit in it at the bash! I saw one similar to that down here and it was gone when I came back to look at it after work....slick lookin!

Ceramic coated headers. It's like looking at porn, only much better and your wife doesn't complain.

daaaaay-um GM!!! that is the BRIGHTEST truck i've seen in a very long time! Love the hood and the front bumper treatment. Can we get some pics of that Katzkin interior too please???
maybe a money-shot under the hood too?
and the pipes?
and the rims?
and the .....i dunno, shoot a couple of the truck bed or something!

I see you went for the "stealth" look. Nice truck and alot of attention to detail for a conversion company. You have to keep the calipers clean or just paint um black.

I have a little brush for wheels that cleans the calipers. Keeping it clean is the hard part. It freakin rains all the time now, the road spray is a bitch.

(psycobusa @ Sep. 16 2006,02:31) very nice truck. wish it came in ext. cab. the singles just dont have enough room for me.
I'm 6'4, 275 and fit fine in the standard cab. I agree that an ext-cab would be better.
