My little project :) for the day !! iPhone

I was tired of riding and my IPhone going dead ( battery doesn't last at all )
So here's what I did today
Very simple to do !!
Cost me around 38$
What I bought at walmart

Removing the seat to get to the battery

After I wired it ,I attached the socket to this with M3 double tape

Power

Then I plugged the automotive power cord to it
Put the seat back on

And here it is
My phone is charging

Good job! If you search around here though, you can find waterproof (well, splashproof) usb ports from 3BR powersports that look a ton neater, and you don't have to worry about getting them wet (unless you ride your busa into a lake ) I have one on my bike, and you can hide them almost anywhere! Check them out for your next mod.

Don't get me wrong, I applaud your cigarette plug, just giving you another option if you want to clean it up a little.

Looks good. I did a similar install but put the 12v under the rear seat. Make sure you have a fuse in line just in case.

+1 3BR powersports USB is the way to go.

Not cutting down what you did, though. Your install, is a good idea, for parts that are readily available.
