Finally got my trailer useable anyways. I hauled my little kz305 out to Colorado and it worked great

I still need to make a ramp and I'm wanting to change to LED's for tail/brake lights. Debating on some kind of flooring

Looking good! :thumbsup: The LED lights are well worth the little extra that they cost. Have you thought about using the composite planks commonly used for decks?

The composite deck planks I have seen are actually heavier than wood, the positives of them are, they don't warp, they don't absorb moisture and they don't split. They are more expensive.

What about expanded metal? You can get that really thick and in 4 x 8 sheets. A few welds and you have a never moving floor...

I prefer the expanded metal as well. Much lighter easier to clean and maintain.
