I totally agree it was way to stable, I think the bike should go side to side as well as back and forth. I have been talking about building one of these for over a year, but no money :-( now I glad I didn't yet cause I have a pretty good idea how to make it even better!
 
i did it at hot import nights in phoenix a few years ago, the guys who owned it actually remembered me from here in michigan where they are all from and put me up there cause they wanted ppl to laugh at the fat kid but forgot i used to ride their mini 50's around the parking lot doing wheelies(im afraid to try to wheelie an expensive street bike but not afraid of dirt bikes figure that one out lol). I actually got it up at balance point and played around a little they are fun.
