first thing you want to do is cut the hoses and install the restrictors

I had to mess with it some to keep it running good enough to set the bars the same.

I may have missed something, but it still ran when I got it back together.

Ahhh, are we talking middle screw or hose (see pic)

If that thing uses mercury, DO NOT let the motor suck any mercury in. No big throttle chops.
