My 2004 Hayabusa Won't Start.

Hello. My first sport bike and it have been working fine the last few weeks. Not won't start up. And my exhaust got so hot it turned white. I posted pics of it. Can someone help me. Thank you

No. Just regular. But it was my cousin bike. He did race it. I just brought it from him two weeks ago.

Better pull them plugs and see if there are any electrodes left.
