My 1st busa with voo doo exhaust and no power commander?

Im getting my first hayabusa this weekend it's an 08 charcoal grey with the voo doo exhaust other than that it's totally stock. It doesn't have a power commander so I guess my real question is what kind of power commander is the best fit for it if I even need one at all?

slip-ons or full? Gen II uses the PC V, not needed if slip-ons only..

I believe just slip ons but not 100% sure the bike is super loud so idk if it's full or not

Its best to get any busa tuned on the dyno even with slip ons as the stock mapping sucks.There is a lot of room for improvement over stock.

If they're slip-ons you really don't need to concern your self with tuning IMHO. You haven't changed anything other than the appearance, sound, and weight of the bike. Before I get in trouble; do a search on ECU editing before you buy a PC

take a peek at your headers, if it looks like the black one in the pic then you probably have slip-ons (although not sure if VooDoo makes full systems).

More then likely you just have the slip ons and no pc or tuning is needed. Enjoy the new ride!

to the busa madness. If you're running just slip-ons its not worth spending the money to get it dyno'd.
