Hello all, does anyone know the inner diameter of a midpipe or collector for a muzzy exhaust system? My guess is 2". I plan on cutting and welding my stock system into a 4-2-1 configuration.I need the measurement for a guidline I dont want to go to big and loose the scavenging affect and midrange. Because Stock header primaries are smaller than all aftermarket exhaust is another reason for concern. Any reply would be appreciated.

mid-pipe o.d. 2 1/4"/i.d.2 3/16". Can is 2 1/4" i.d. +/-1/16th

Thanks S-R Racing,I already gutted and built straight through 3/4" perforated baffles for the stock cans, But I would like to lose the weight.I should of thought of this idea first.Oh well, it wont be to hard for me to fab this and tune it with my old yosh box.I planned on doing this anyway since I have to strip the bike down to repair the dreaded 2nd gear issue.
