This just makes me sick.... Glad it was posted earlier, working second shift has me all messed up.

Trying to figure out why the driver isn't being held responsible at this time for the deaths.

Yes, that's partly why I'm confused. He swerved off to the right hand side of the road to miss the real idiot ultimately responsible for this accident... However, I believe he has a shared responsibility, IF not for his actions while under the influence of alcohol none of this would have been possible. I guess what really bothers me most is none of those individuals killed were engaging in any unlawful activities that could have contributed to this accident. Justice must be served I hope they find the driver of the other car.
