moving to charlotte

Well got a teaching position in Charlotte, NC. Does anyone have any advice about good riding, stealerships, and most importantly where to live. The school is on w sharon rd I believe.

+1 for Mooresville. I lived in Morehead City, NC for about 10 years but spent two in North Wilkesboro. Used to come down to Mooresville to eat the best BBQ in the world at Sonny's (exit 36 off I77). Where are you teaching at and what subject? I was a principal in Wilkes County but have relocated home to Ohio where I'm a HS administrator. I taught 9-12 math for the first 5 years of my career.

Lincolnton and Gastonia are nice! You can drive into the City and back out! Also Sherills Ford, Denver etc!

I am teaching at Kennedy charter school ,and it will be high school science. All of them I suppose. I looked at mooresville but the school is in south Charlotte, so with traffic I'm not sure how long of a ride I would have.

Rock Hill is Nice and also there's a little section near Carowinds Amusement park, but I can't think of the name of it!!!
