BMW has a 40% failure rate? I knew they were fickle, but I had no idea they were nearly quadruple what the big Japanese bike makers are. I would take the CR ratings with a grain of salt personally.

I'd agree with the numbers based on my bought-new S1000RR. Very fun when it runs but for reliability my busa is best by far.

More features and electronics mean more issues i guess! I dont know. People keep complaining about suzuki dragging their feet but if my bike got wrecked id buy another suzuki! Its still a great brand with comfy fun to drive bikes that perform well
