I have google tool bar and use them for default search engine (not sure it matters)

But anyway.. I accidentally posted a FedEx tracking number directly to address bar... it went through! Google gave me a direct link to check tracking status... no more looking up FedEx, pasting number, agreeing to terms, hitting search etc... just paste tracking number to address bar and then hitting hyperlink for status..
