Mirrors for Gen II

Never thought I'd have the same concerns on the Hayabusa as I had on my little Ninja 250, but I'm finding that the mirrors don't give me as much coverage behind me as I'd like. Is there an aftermarket mirror that'll bolt up to our Gen II Busas and permit better visibility?

I have gsx1000 mirrors, they work. I think Pashnit has them. about $50.00

I bought some of the spacers (mirror extenders) and now the mirrors are funtional.

Mike, combine both these ideas for a low cost mod, and the GSXR mirrors still look pretty cool. Come in flat black or faux carbon fiber. Mirror extenders are an eBay item.

The GSXR ones are slightly wider, but enough to notice.

I waited too long to do something about my mirrors last year and had an "unfortunate" situation occur with an overzealous DPS cop. My solution was to get spacers and gsxr 1k mirrors. Still looks good and more importantly for a communter like me (100mile round trip) is the functionallity. DON'T WAIT!
