Hopefully this is reality but I for one am a skeptic....when I see a gen 3 Hayabusa for sale on the Suzuki website, I'll believe it.
Other bike manufacturers have already smashed the record as the German and Italian manufacturers never signed such an agreement.

A friend and I invented a device. Extremely excited I began to research the patents. A major electronics company had patented it only a couple years before we came up with the idea. The company never produced it and had no intention of doing so, but the patent prevented everyone else from making it.
I learned then that there is not necessarily any intent from a patent.

They haven’t been able to make the original any better looking yet and I doubt they ever will. More power, less weight, better suspension and brakes, maybe, but I’m still not interested. Whatever they come up with will be much more expensive or it won’t really be worth the changes.
Still not sold there will be a gen 3...that picture has been floating around the internet for years.
And just like Terry said, the gen 1 was the best gen so far...a gen 3 (if it comes) had better do something spectacular.
