Memorial Ride For Alex

Had a good turn out for Alex's Memorial Ride this morning,probably a 100 or so bikes showed to ride the road he was killed on 3 weeks ago and then stopped at the sight for a while.Eventually the heat told us to move on but they were pretty cool about it.

I wasn't real comfortable riding ~^~ with all the highway patrol out there . . .

There were a lot of them,4 or 5 that I saw along the route(I imagine they did cramp your style somewhat).

I don't blame you, on one hand they try and be your friend and also check license and rego details for any outstandings

Yeah Cap,about 3 weeks ago at around 7:30AM on a Sunday morning he was coming around that curve as a Scion was making a U-turn which pulled right out in front of him.The guys I talked to who were right behind him said he only lived for about a minute after the crash and then it was lights out.He was a good guy,too bad it had to happen.

He was a pretty cautious sport bike rider too ~ up until his sister passed away weeks earlier . . .

Sometimes we just have to go when it's our time ~ it hurt when my Hayabusa & a tornado fought . . .

Now I'm a fair weather rider & don't like riding in a storm . . .
