Me & BA  riding in the smoke or Nor Cal

Last week Rich rolled thru here so I met him early on friday. The fires of Nor Calif were everywhere and one of our fave roads was closed. ( hwy 36 ) So we opted for hwy 299 and hwy 3 up thru the Trinity Alps.

Breakfast at 7:30 was at the Bear :

I got to ride the 08 and what a treat, I now must get one too.

We parted ways as he headed north to hook up with MJN and co. I cruised back south about 3 hrs to home.
