Stress does horrible things... Hell he's worried about his own ass, and then his city and it's citizens. He's trying to figure out WTF he's going to do for $$$... Hell his city is freakin nearly wiped out, WTF is a Mayor supposed to do without a town? He's pretty much screwed and I think he knows it.

Fuggin wierd comments though. I am just hoping that the folks of N.O. can pull their shid together and actually make something happen.
