Maybe there will be a gen III Busa?

I was surfing at work today and came across this Suzuki Stratosphere concept. Could this be the Gen III Hayabusa? A straight 6 that's narrower than the current busa engine. 180 hp, tons of torque. Hummmmm.

Nice concept but dosent look like a genIII looks like a new bike all together be interesting to see what suzuki comes out with next tho

No way that is a genIII, and it is kinda fugly..

If it is a new concept its nice suzuki isnt giving up..

Actually I was thinking more the engine than the full concept. Be nice to have the busa keep up with the liter bikes again. The dash is cool too. The concept bike had a helmet that could talk to the bike with a HUD. kinda cool stuff. This was from 2006 but frankly I didn't even no Suzuki was even doing anything at all interms of taking their products to new directions.

I see a lot of styling cues from the old Suzuki Katana 1000. But still ugly

Its been around for quite a while, was originaly shown as a
possible re-birth of the "Katana". Most countrys dont use the
Katana name on bland jellymold bikes just on the original 80's
heavy hitters 1000/1100's. The original Kat's have a cult following
in the UK, Japan, AU etc etc.
