Lost a rider over the weekend

A good friend of mine's girlfriend was killed on her bike this Saturday, I barely knew her but we had dozens of mutual friends. The two just left her house in a rural area of town and were on there way to enjoy the day when a truck blew a stop sign causing them to take action, she was in the lead and ended up in a ditch and died later that night. I didnt ask him if she was wearing a helmet... but I doubt she was. The speed limit on that road is 30 mph and the truck never hit her. She leaves behind a 4 year old child. The truck that made her go off the road never stopped! R.I.P Melissa Lewis
