Why would you want a "Cheap Set" when it affects your life and death? Tires would be the last thing I'd skimp on

If you just ride on the street, go with the shinko advanced 005 from ridenow.com at the above link. I run the 005 sport up front with the sport-touring rear 009 raven. They are more than adequate dispite all the negative comments. I have over 4,200 miles on my rear right now and the front still looks great.

The riding we'll be doing this winter, the stickyness won't be much of an issue. We won't be banging corners, so he wants a cheaper set for around town use...
