Long ride then hard to start

i've got a 2003 busa that has a problem starting up after a long ride....this has been going on ever since i bought the bike brand new. i've already gone thru 2 batteries since then. anybody changed out their rectifiers on this bike along with the stators? used to have an alarm on it but has since been disconnected. the only other accessory on the bike is a gps that runs off the battery. thanks in advance.

You might want to check fuel air management system. The heat might be causing a incorrect reading to the sensors. Also, have a electrical drain check with the bike's system OFF. Sounds like a stagnet charge release (slow but will drain a battery over time) , by that I mean a drain on the battery while the bike is off .

thanks for the info. if these aren't the issue, then i'd have to look at the battery, rectifier and stator.
