Liquid Gasket

First off thanks to everyone for all of the great information that is posted daily on the board. I am not new to the board, but new to posting. Not only am I new to posting, but I decided to try my hand at working on the bike this weekend. Full exhaust is where I started. I got the old off and started to put the headers on (tsukigi) and used the liquid gasket. Of course I had to leave the house before I was done and the liquid gasket set up before I got it tightened down.

Suggestions? Should I sand off and then reinstall and do I even need the liquid gasket...I replaced the gaskets as well.

I did not use any liquid gasket chit at all.. Your biggest concern will be putting heat tape behind your lower part of your fairing before you melt the sh!t out of it./.....
I re-used the stock gaskets without any trouble. While you are at it, rip out the pair valve and put block offs in.
