Went to Edgewater Race Park this past Saturday for quite possibly the last day of the year (unless the weather breaks THIS coming weekend)...made some changes...Installed a set of 07-08 GSX-R1000 Short Stacks replacing my factory stacks...1/8th mile mph up from 117-118 to 121-122 mph...1/4 mile mph up from 147-148 to 150-151 mph...also went from 6 over wheelbase to STOCK wheelbase for FIRST time ever on the track...was running 9.20's at 6 over...FIRST STOCK wheelbase pass was 9.78...then made 6 passes that ranged from 9.49 to 9.56...not bad for FIRST time at stock wheelbase AND still stock motor footshifting...next spring is lookin' fun
