lady luck strikes again

close call this morn , get the bike out of the garage to bring it around to the front of the house , as a few of us are going out for a jolly .

Ride it 50 yards or so to the front of the house , applied the brakes , and POP the rear brake hose ( braided ) burst . Turns out to have been chaffing on the swinging arm , looking at it i think the hose was to long from the start.
Could have been worse i guess
