Kickstand mod

I did a search for that thread with the pictures of the kickstand mod. I've seen it 100 times and never payed attention but now since I got a brand new Dremmel I want to do it this weekend. Thanks in advance.

I found it much easier to take the stand off to do the mod...spring and 1 bolt..then you can slip it back on to test it for a good fit, since you have to do the 2 sides, one of which you can't see whilst on the bike.
