Key tumbler - removal

I am new to the forum, so here is my first post... I tried to do a search so I hope I have not missed this.
I am putting a BUSA engine in my 3 wheeler. I am going to use the key etc.
Simple question - Is there a special tool you need to remove the tumbler?

It looks like it is held on with some sort of Hex key....
