I had sent a request to Jim Breen at college professor who studies Japan and their culture . I have attached his reply ..His webpage offers a dictionary to look words up.
Yes, it is indeed the kanji for Hayabusa, which means peregrine falcon.
If you go to http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjdic_g.html, select Search for Words in the Dictionary, and type in Hayabusa (checking the Japanese radio button), you’ll see that kanji.
