K&N Air Filter Recharge?

Well, while the bikes apart I checked my K&N and it's clean and looks fine, but
do you guys invest in the recharge kits and don't you want the filter be alittle moist.

I haven't had it out in over a year.

I clean and re-oil mine every year.
Cheap insurance.
I don't buy the kit, just the oil.
Regular dish soap works well to clean it.

I think the kit was only like $14...once a year, clean it and re-oil it. Good to ride.
