Well it has been some month... I managed to close on my house on the 12th and everything went downhill from there. I figured I would have plenty of time to move everything out and well it is almost done thank god. Here is the fun part of the story... The day after closing on my house, I start getting that sick feeling, oh well just a bug going around I think. After doing a forty hour job in the cold and the rain with an hour of sleep in the seat of a pickup the feeling starts to progress. After a few more days of eating tylenol cold and flu like candy I decide to go to the doctor. They come back and say I have a nice little throat and sinus infection and prescribe some antibiotics to clear it up. Well two days go by and I feel like I have been run over by a truck many times and I cant hardly drink water my throat hurts so bad. Back to the doctor we go again... Doc looks me over and sends me to the throat specialist. Well I get over there and the new doc looks me over and tells me I need to go to the hospital ASAP, guess my white blood count is three times normal at this point. I go back home and take a hot shower and grab some clothes and off to the hospital I go. Well I get there on thursday and have to stay in till Sunday afternoon, its a great way to spend easter weekend. Well I have been having myups and downs, still hard to swallow most of the time so I decide to go back to the doc again to see if they can do anything. They get me right in and look at me for a few minutes then comes the great news... I HAVE MONO! So it will be 4-6 weeks at least before I am up and running again and still have to finish moving the rest of my stuff. I have been staying at my parents because I have no Cable or internet at my new house yet but hopefully things will get better now. Sorry just had to rant a little. Hope all of you guys are enjoying the great weather and ride safe.

Glad to see yah back , I hope you start feeling better. Riding season is almost upon us!

Dang, if I lived close enough, I'd come move the rest of your stuff for ya.

Get well quick.

Mono is nasty with adults. My wife had it as a kid, so she didn't get any symptoms, but she did bring it home from work to share with guess who. It kicked my butt for a month. I got pnuemonia before it was over. It started during Christmas week, and lasted until the 3rd week on Jan. I'm just lucky I can work from home if I'm sick. My manager would rather have me stay home and not share it.

Hang in there. It will pass.
