Just flat out buying rear seat?

Hey guys, so seeing that on ronayers the rear seat is only a bit more than buying a used one off ebay....I am considering that. I was wondering if anyone knew if it comes with the needed hardware too, like the brackets that lock it into the rear. Thanks guys. For a gen1 btw

Does anyone know if I can order the bracket for under the seat as a separate part? ronayers doesnt have it separate in their diagram
