Just curious if there would be interest in this type of Personalized Art...

My God given gift is definitely Art. I am musically inclined as well, but art is my passion in life..and..well.. I dont do it anymore...

I was thinking of doing some large personalized posters, maybe paintings, although my speciality is black and white charcoal or pen and ink.. although that would be expensive and time consuming to do large..

But Truwrecks post got me thinking about what I could do...

As humble as I can say it, I am pretty good.

I guess someone could send me a pic..like what tru has.. and I could so a large rendering that you could hang up somewhere.. Just wondering if poeple would actually pay for a good quality one-off these days and if there would be any interest in this..

I probably wouldnt charge much more than the materials, but it WOULD be time consuming if its done right..

Im sure Rev knows what I mean. Anyhow, its not to make money as much as spread my evil art seed all over and take over the busa world.. Jk, lemme know what you guys think. It would be my unique way of contributing to the community.

Rashad, If you've got the artistic gift use it. You might be surprized how far it'll go. Post up a few pics of your work here. Let us see it. My son wants me to go get a masters in Astro phisics NOW THAT"S A LITTLE FAR FETCHED I THINK. Seriously, let us see some of the stuff you do.

This one is something I did because I needed something above my couch in my living room. Did it in about an hour. A quick pen and ink on canvas made for paint lol.. Max my cat was modeling for me..

ok..dont judge.. did this one in college about 8 years ago.. the night before it was due. I wasnt a very good student lol. The idea was to use only black and white paints and find a pic in a magazine and zoom in to the focal point over four or five slides.. I only showed the first two here.

these are from college as well... dont have any current stuff really..as I said I havent done much lately.
The teacher would set objects in the middle of the room and we were timed on drawing it. The majority of this is pen and ink and some charcoal.

Max made a flash appearance in the arm and leg pic.

Again, just something I thought of.. not even sure if its worth doing.

No not really. I was going to be an author/illustrator for children's books growing up. The left side of my brain never gets used.. Im thinking of putting it on ebay.
