Just a quick ??? ..... Gen II cans

I saw somewhere in a thread that someone had scratched the paint on the original Gen II cans.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the cans where Black Anodize.

They are black anodize, but I think on the latest of the "stock can modification" threads, they were painted black.

The anodized finish is only a couple of thousands deep, you can scratch and see bare aluminum.
