We ripped everything out, with the exception of the Azelias. Removed all the red brick paving stones and put down 2000lbs of new stone for a border.

The great thing about gardening is once you have the plants the maintenance is a light workout and nice to look at. In a few months it will fill out and be even better.

Thanks guys, the grass is brown because we cant seem to maintain the 80+ degrees long enough to get the bermuda going. The Fescue is doing well. Best thing is, all of the hard work is now done, meeting Dan and doing a Talahina run next weekend, Eureka coming up at the end of May, we have things to do and getting the house work done now lets me play later.

Good on you two-tone...I loath gardening and simply refuse to do it.

My plan for a beautiful yard would be to black top or concrete every inch and paint it green. I actually priced it out once ('cept for the green paint) then decided against it....that or I was over-ruled by the House-Mouse,can't remember which. ???

It would have been a drump truck full of cash to do it anyway, the yard is like 80ftX160ft. better off spending the dough on something useful like booze and hookers.

Yer whole crib lQQks sweet thou.

Very nice! Have a similar thought/project started for the front of ours also! Living in a gated community, we are awaiting approval as to not upset the apple cart.

Looks great!

Very nice you two!! Looks like you know what you're doing...soooo...

Want to come out east to help us with the current house's landscaping so we can put it on the market, then return to help with the new place??

looks good, hope we don't trip over it and break our necks next time you drink too much Jager!
