If I could do it over... I wouldn't have

As I said in my original post... the Trans Am experience was awesome....

This experience sucked.

Naw, bro. This just happened. The last pics you see is the exact way my dining room table looks right now.

I sent them back once, asking to be put back together, and they came back like this.

I'll be sanding the joints down this week to try and get them to fit back together.

I do that too so I can document before and after.

In this case I would use them to get some money back

Well, I'm glad you asked that. As Heavybusa said, for documentation. Most of my posts have been well documented through pictures

as well as.....

Just after Jet Hot receives my headers, I get a phone call from customer service indicating that one of the mounting flanges is missing...

I got no reason to lie... I promise the board I got that phone call.

I replied hell no, nothing is missing and I have the pics to prove it... which I sent the exact pics I posted on this board.

A day after I sent the pics, I get a phone call saying they made a mistake and everything was there.

8 year prior Army. I've moved all over the world, and even a private knows, you take pictures of your stuff before you send it anywhere.

Cheers

I feel for you! I'll never use them. Any installed pictures yet? I'm curious to see them on the bike.

Nope, not on yet. I figure it'll take a few hours to sand all the joints down. Hadn't got the paper yet, but will probably run up to Pep Boys tonight. I still have to pick up a PC, Muzzy Fan and those Brocks block off plates. So by the time everything's said and done, hopefully a months time.

I'll make sure I'll post plenty of pics..... before and after when I get everything together and install them.

Yeah.... I love my Trans Am too.

1997 Trans Am
Edelbrock Headers (Jet Hot Coated)
SLP Cat-back
K&N FIPK
Mosher Performance 3:73 gears
Star Stage II Kevlar Cluth
BMR Strut Tower Brace
BMR Subframe Connectors
Custom Tuned ECU by Madz28.com
(My car is http://www.madz28.com/cars9.php it's the third from the top... William's (William on fbody.com) - '97 Trans Am M6 Converted to OBDI)

I'd love to be able to do more, but money's pretty tight these days, and every spare cent I don't spend on the family, I've put into my bikes.
