JEL is NOT nationwide?

I think Iowa created JEL [Just Eliminate Lies] from what I read. About big tobacco companies killing everyone for profit.

The ads or propaganda or whatever, are very professional - TOO GOOD for Iowa's lack of skills in production values. Must have been produced elsewhere

Do any of you see JEL ads on TV? Like: every day tobacoo kills as many people as in this small town... I just thought it was a nationwide awareness campaigne.
