Ivanstre..does it idle smooth?

Now day nine with the hayabusa..
did some testing yesterday..three seperate speed runs...
first test was to see how fast it goes in second gear..then a few hours later i tried it in third,then did a first gear test..
so..first..@ 11,000= 85 indicated, second showed 110.....
third @ 11,500 showed a mouth watering 155

It does smooth throttle response and gets rid of lagging, however, do keep in mind that it is more of a band-aid (as TMH told me). If you can afford to have the bike properly Dyno-tuned to get rid of flat spots, do that. You can add the TRE or, better, an ATRE (advanced TRE) for the timing advance and, on 2001, the restriction eliminator.

Did smooth out my Busa a little, but I agree a Dyno will (did) smoothe out the valleys more.
