I've been really impressed with his efforts lately.I was floored when he announced that Israel would leave the gaza strip,then when the pull out actually started,I was like wow! He and the Palestinian leader now have the right ideas,but their constituates have hated for so long,they find peace for a change nearly impossible.I have my fingers crossed on this one.NJ.

Just heard that if he does recover, he will not be coming back. Elections are in less than 100 days and he is the only one in his party electable. Looks like some tough decisions are going to be made soon. Hope the Hamas group doesn't do anything REALLY STUPID and force a real change (for the Bad). But I doubt it from them
