H-D just got whacked for the Super Tuner:

Dynojet got fined $1M back around 2006 or so, and had to apply labels say "For race Use Only" on Power Commanders and then came out with the CARB compliant EX version as part of the settlement. In this case Harley has been forced to pull the unit that lets you tune all areas of the map from the shelves, and are being pushed to refuse warranty service to those still "Using" Super Tuner.

I wonder if Dynojet is going to get crushed next?
